Vermont Arborists Careers, We are always looking for people passionate to the field of arboriculture.
In a nutshell our best candidates have three attributes:
- Strong. Tree work is hard work, there is no getting around this, so the people that are employed here are physically fit.
- Brave. Let’s face it, a person that hangs off a rope and saddle at 75 feet and runs a chainsaw, or runs the bucket truck, is brave. Everyone in the field has that skill or is training to get there.
- Humble. There’s plenty of people who are strong and brave, but you need a level of humility, as well. Humble means respect for your co-workers and your clients even when things don’t go right.
